Noonday Baptist Church partners with Faith Bridge Foster Care, Georgia's largest Christ-centered Child Placement Agency, to help solve the foster care crisis in Georgia.
The number of Georgia children in foster care is increasing drastically every year and there are not enough licensed foster families to care for them. Why? Because the family is under attack and becoming more and more broken.
Seemingly, "normal families" are affected in our suburbs and they are even in your neighborhood.
This is no longer an inner city problem, it is everywhere.
Faith Bridge believes the local church and its community of Christians are the solutions to this crisis. Believers have a Biblical mandate to care for orphans, and churches have existing infrastructure, vibrant ministries, and caring congregations to meet the needs. Foster children are today's orphans.
Community of Care
Designed to provide resources and support to Foster Families their children
"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this:
to look after orphans and widows in their distress
and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world."
There are many ways to be involved in this ministry
beyond becoming a Foster Family:
How is God calling you to serve your community's foster children?
