Mark's ministerial philosophy is to reach the world for Jesus Christ through leading, preaching, shepherding, loving and discipling God's people. He was called as Senior Pastor in 2016. Mark graduated from Stetson University in Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages and a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership. Mark and his wife Leah were married in 1996 and have seven children - Lacey, Lauren, John Mark, Luke, Micah, Elijah, and Noah.
When not fulfilling his responsibilities at Noonday, Mark enjoys reading, spending time with his family and watching college football.

Rob came to Noonday in 2018 and oversees our worship ministry. With family roots in the Midwest but much of his growing up in Oregon, Rob came to Christ out of “devout” atheism when he was a senior in high school. He met his wife, Angela, in college and they have a son and daughter. Together they have lived in several states from California to Georgia. Rob holds a B.S. in Music Education from Hannibal LaGrange University, and a Masters of Music Theory from the University of North Texas. Rob loves all kinds of music as well other modes of worship.
In his free time, Rob loves doing just about anything with his family, as well as enjoying the outdoors and reading.

Senior Adult Pastor
Brother David promotes training and growth in Senior Adult LIFE and Discipleship Groups. He ministers to the homebound and hospitalized and helps coordinate and promote fellowship outings. David graduated from Mississippi College before attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Before coming to Noonday, David pastored churches in Mississippi and Alabama. He retired from full-time ministry in 2007 after 16 1/2 years as pastor of Union Baptist Church in Bessemer, Alabama. David is married to Marilyn Cottingham Mahaffey. Marilyn retired in 2005 after 32 years with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation in Alabama. They have three children and four grandchildren.

Jay supervises the staff, oversees the administration of operations, leads adult education and facilitates all programs and activities for children from birth through 6th grade. He has been on staff at Noonday since 2008. Jay graduated from Auburn University in Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Christian Education, and from Southern Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry in Church Growth and Evangelism. Jay and his wife, Frances, have two biological daughters, Anli and Virginia Grace and five adopted children, Rosie, Ruthie, Khristopher, Skye and Joseph. They also serve as a foster family for children in north Georgia.
When not serving at the church, Jay enjoys hanging out with his family, reading, and playing ultimate frisbee.

Joseph leads the middle and high school ministries where he focuses on providing a place where teens can develop a personal relationship with Christ that will last for a lifetime. Joseph grew up in Montana in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, where he developed a passion for hiking and the outdoors. He graduated in 2012 from Valdosta State University with a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. Joseph and his wife, Jenn, have been married since 2016 and have a dog named Sookie. Jenn is a graduate of Georgia State University and a Public Relations professional in Atlanta.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys trying new cuisine, hiking, and watching movies with his wife.
