| Leadership Requirements |
|
- Must have a consistent walk with Christ.
- Must have a passion for children and the growth of God’s Kingdom.
- Must be a member of Noonday Baptist Church or able to prove regular attendance at a church that is in-line with Awana’s statement of faith.
- Must have a servant’s heart and a teachable spirit.
- Must be available for periodic leader prayer and planning meetings.
- Must commit to the program for at least one year.
- Must complete (or have completed) a volunteer application.
- Must read and agree to the policies and procedures established by Noonday Baptist Church.
- Must wear the official Awana uniform to club meetings and other designated events.
- Must participate in home contact program through home visits, telephone calls, letters, cards, etc..
- Must find a replacement when unable to attend a club meeting.
- Must pass the Leadership training test.
- Must attend the Fall Leadership Conference.
