Purpose

The purpose of the Noonday Counseling Center is to provide affordable, compassionate Christian counseling for Noonday Baptist Church members and the community.

Throughout the course of life, everyone experiences problems and crises that frequently are beyond their ability to manage.  At times, these life circumstances push us to the point of needing emotional help from others.  The timeliness of getting professional help is often very critical.  The longer one goes without receiving help, the more complex solving the problems may become.  

Confidentiality

The Noonday Counseling Center places a high priority on confidentiality.  The presence of a client in the counseling center, as well as all conversations with the counselor or Noonday staff, is kept confidential.

Limits of Confidentiality are discussed with clients at the outset of counseling.  These include:

• A client threatens to do harm to himself/herself or others
• A client is, or has been, involved in harm to a child or elderly person 

Counseling Services Provided
Counseling sessions typically last from 50-60 minutes.  Counseling services include, but are not limited to:

• Individual, couples and family therapy
• Child & adolescent therapy
• Crisis debriefing
• Behavioral management programs 

Counseling Partnership
Noonday Baptist Church has entered into a counseling partnership with
Bob Grant of Relationshipheadquarters.com and
the author of "The Woman Men Adore...and Never Want to Leave."

Mr. Grant is a Licensed Professional Counselor who incorporates biblical principles and Christian values into the clinical services he provides.

Counseling sessions are booked directly through the counselor.  All fees are paid directly to the counselor at the time of service and are based on family income.  For information regarding booking an appointment, contact the church office at 770-926-6138.
