Greetings in the name of Christ!
|
I pray each of you has spent time daily meeting with our Lord and that you have been richly blessed for your concent rated efforts of prayer during our Forty Days of Prayer and Fasting which began on September 28. This has been an incredible time of seeking God’s direction for our church, our families, our community, and our nation.
The Men’s Ministry issued a Call to Action to the men of Noonday seeking 300 prayer warriors. They began to meet nightly at 9 o’clock for a corporate time of prayer. Men, if you have not been a part of this incredible time with your brothers in Christ, please make every effort to meet with us in the Worship Center every night at 9pm through November 7.
The holiday season is just around the corner, and we have so much to be grateful for—our Savior’s redeeming grace and abundant mercy, our families, our church, our freedom—I could go on and on…
Our church family will celebrate the season with a church-wide dinner on Wednesday, November 19 at 6pm in the Family Life Center. Please call the Church Office at 770-926-6138 if you and your family plan to be with us for Thanksgiving Dinner.
Reservations are required!! The dinner will be $6 for adults, $3 for children, with a $15 maximum per family. Mark your calendar and plan to attend this time of fellowship with the entire church family.
Speaking of family… Wendy and I proudly announce that we are going to have a new addition to our family in April. Please pray for Wendy, Abby, Buddy, and me as we welcome this precious little one into our family. We are so excited!!
A big “THANK YOU” to everyone who volunteered in any way to help with the Fall Festival. This event is always a big success and a great way to C-O-N-N-E-C-T with our community. Thanks again LIFE Groups and Jay!
Praising God for who He is—the same yesterday, today and forever! Christ Blessings, |
